the Weekly Stoke… Session 1

Welcome to the first edition of the Weekly Stoke. Here are a few things worth being stoked about this week. #FoundIt

A deck… in the middle of the ocean | Volcom

@Volcom

Volcom and Stab teamed up to create a dock, planted in the middle of the ocean that keeps surfers from having to paddle into a wave. This is just a prototype, but these dudes seemed to have a blast. Click the image above to give it a watch.

Rickey Gates

Rickey Gates is an ultra runner that lives off of a measly $1,000 a month while making huge treks across the world and country, on foot. Now he’s running 4,000 miles from South Carolina to California. He plans to be finished with the run by the end of next month.

What’s cooler than a Ferrari? The rarest Ferrari on the planet. | CoolMaterial

One of the rarest Ferraris, ever, is about to be auctioned off next month (August 18 at the RM Sotheby’s Monterey auction). The 1950 Ferrari 166 MM/212 Export “Uovo” by Fontana is expected to go for $5M. If you happen to be reading this and won the auction… holla at us.

Who to follow | @TheCabinChronicles
