In this post you will know the Essential and basic and things that I wish I knew before Joining the Gym for First time . Your first time going to gym can be intimidating Experience. If you ask me about my first time in gym I was very excited and it was something new for me and little bit unsecure .

Well at beginning you may not know how to use equipment’s. It’s common so don’t let this stop you from being better version of yourself. Let us guide you through the first day at the gym and to make sure you keep coming back to gym to reach your fitness goals.

Setting the Right goal before joining gym?

Before Joining gym Make sure you have set a Goal in your mind. Setting a goal is very Important. Don’t you hate it when you want to loss fat and seeing rise in your weight machine. For me it was Gaining weight I was way to skinny so I started hitting Gym . If you have set your goal just stick around it and you will definitely see results.

What should I wear to the gym?

You don’t need to worry about what you should be wearing it’s completely your choice . But my personal suggestion is go with a Hoodie . In Hoodie people Can’t Judge you . You may not notice but it’s hard to say if a person is wearing hoodie is hiding muscles or just a skinny guy . Your gym clothes should be lose and stretchable so that you may feel comfortable while performing exercises . After gym make sure to change your clothes.

Some Key points to know before joining the gym

  • Before leaving for Gym, Make sure to carry a Water bottle and a Towel.
  • At the gym after using weights Please re-rack your Weights.
