The exclusive ceremony was presented by Kohler, a global brand company. Awardees came from the different parts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao who helped make real estate Philippines globally competitive.
The highest honor of the commemoration which is the Best Developer was bagged by the Cebu Land Masters Inc. Aside from the main award, they also got the citation for Best High-end Condo Development for its New York-inspire 38 Park Avenue. It was reported back then in Manila Bulletin, that the company has increased earnings of 23 percent and shall continue transforming mid to high-quality properties. Cebu Land Masters is a promising developer with 50 augmentations in 8 key cities namely Cebu, Mandaue, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Dumaguete, Bacolod, Iloilo, and Bohol.
