Many thanks for the very clear and well documented article. Being myself a startup, I have found that network is important if used properly. The other beauty of being a startup is to be flexible to answer the customer’s needs. My original product (services) has been evolving as I identified new areas of need. I’d like to say that the initial product is what drove my energy to be a freelance consultant whereas my drive today is to provide the right support to my customers. I am only at the beginning and your article makes a lot of sense
