1. Tell us who you are in one sentence.

Designer, father, husband and lover of technology.

2. If you weren’t a designer, what would you do?

Probably a writer. I can best express the written word than the spoken.

3. What is something you wished you designed, either because you love it, or because you feel you could have done it better?

Medium. I love the simple layout, the typography of the right size, comments, without ads. The focus is on what needs to be focused.

4. What was your biggest design mistake?

Have not learned to program in my college. I could have given life to many projects.

5. What advice would you give someone entering the design field?

Design is good sense. Working with design is like Bernard Cornwell describe as joy of battle.

Jubilation! The joy of sword. I was dancing for joy, joy bubbling inside me, the joy of battle which Ragnar spoke so often, the joy of the warrior. If a man did not know not a man. That was not a battle, it was not a massacre itself, just a killing of thieves, but it was my first fight and the gods had moved within me, had given to my arm speed and strength to the shield, and when finished, and danced when the blood of the dead, knew I was good.

It is the pleasure of doing what you do.
