Here’s What you’ll need:

3 Ripe Avocados

1 Jalapeño

1 Tsp Olive oil

1 Ripe Tomato, diced

1/2 Small Spanish onion, diced

1/4 Bunch of Cilantro, minced

Juice of 1 Lime

Salt for taste

  1. You’ll have to rub the jalapeño with Olive oil and roast it over a flame. Once the skin is charred, place the jalapeño in a resealable bag and let it steam in its own heat for 5 minutes.

2. Scoop Avocado into a medium and add Lime juice. With a small whisk or potato masher, start mashing avocado until both smooth and chunky.

3. Mince half of the roasted jalapeño with seeds and vein and add to the mashed avocado. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine. Season with salt to your liking,

Enjoy this Guacamole with some tortilla chips or enjoy as a breakfast on some toast!
