No matter how much you flog the topic, subscribing to the “diversity” myth is self defeating and cheapens the work of everyone involved. After all, “design” is an art and as such, not everyone is equal and there is no such thing as equality in talent or capability.
If you, or on a bigger scale your firm want to succeed, hire the best talent with the best capabilities and forget the artificial and restrictive “diversity” nonsense. Such forced methods are in fact a form of discrimination and bigotry. Let the market and the demands of the consumers decide.
Facts are not racist and neither is open competition.
