It’s a star-spangled sale at Doris Italian Market & Bakery! Have a blast this Fourth of July with special burger and clam bake packages, available from June 21st until July 5th.

The Gourmet Burger Package for $19.95, includes 12 six-ounce burgers handmade to perfection:

· Four sterling silver premium beef sirloin burgers

· Four Doris own sausage burgers (sweet, hot, fennel, cheese & parsley)

· Four Doris own chicken burgers (Italian, cheese & parsley, sundried tomato & basil)

Doris’ own fresh-baked hamburger rolls are sold separately.

The Clam Bake Package for $59.95, includes all the ingredients needed to make a clam bake:

· 2 lbs. peeled and deveined large shrimp (21/25 count)

· 2 lbs. large P.E.I. mussels

· 4 dozen littleneck clams

· 4 corn on the cob

· 2 lbs. red potatoes

· 32 oz. chicken stock

· 12 oz. bottle of beer

· 1 stick salted butter

· 2 oz. cup special seasoning

Clam Bake cooking instructions are included.

The Gourmet Burger Package is available in the Meat Department and the Clam Bake Package is available in the Seafood Department at all Doris Market locations in Sunrise, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, North Palm Beach and Boca Raton.
