Design System Organizer
This tool helps with the organization of elements within the design system, organized as “Buttons/Large/States/Default”. In particular, it allows UX designers to group, move, and rename already grouped components (without having to use additional search and replace tools).
Style Organizer
It is ideal for showcasing and organizing color styles. After organizing the styles, the plugin is able to automatically generate a color palette. Note that to refresh the palette after changes in design, you will need to click the correspondent button.
Copypasta
This is a layer exchange plugin that allows you to distribute layers across multiple frames at once. A very useful solution for those who do not want to bother with unnecessary manipulations.
Copy and Paste Text
This is another very useful Figma plugin that comes to your aid in copying and pasting text that has no styles applied from the layers you define.
Find & Replace
The creator of this tool claims that before its development, there were no solutions in the Figma community that would allow their users to find and replace text, as it happens in a regular text editor. Also here you can find objects on the page, focusing on the text elements that they include, or the name of the layer. There are also a number of additional options here.
Master
This plugin for Figma provides collection, sorting, and grouping of major components from separate pages into one page to properly organize the structure of your design. This tool will come in handy in case you have mistakenly used Frames instead of Components. So, with its help, you can compose a new one of the objects you need, or add objects to an existing component.
Quantizer
This plugin will be useful in cases where you need to quickly compose and reorder specific layers in columns.
Instance Finder
This plugin detects all instances of a component within a single file. To test this in practice, select an instance or component — then this tool will present a list of pages and frames where they are used.
Swap
This plugin for Figma is able to change the current positions of two selected objects, swapping them and keeping their original size and angle.
Layer Counter
You can use this plugin to count selected and nested layers and their types. The counter is reset to zero when new layers are selected. The tool will be useful for those UX designers who need to get a scalable and efficient design system or to optimize the file.
Similayer
With the help of this tool, you will be able to need to select elements with the same styles. In particular, using this plugin you can select all objects in the same style and replace them with others. Or, for example, select components with the same parameters — size, color, etc.
Retextifier
The plugin for Figma allows you to edit multiple selected text layers at the same time. In particular, with its help you can change several texts at once (that is, not every single one in turn). Note that this tool takes into account the order of text layers and their nesting, which means that the input data will be ordered according to the location of these layers.
Select Layers
This tool will help you select layers by a specific name, type, or other identity parameter. In this case, the selection is formed from the specified list of layers.
Sorter
This is a great plugin that will help you set a new order and sort the layers according to the specified parameter (in relation to each parent element). By the way, the “Sort Children Only” option is suitable for normal sorting of instances.
SBOL Typograph
This is a smart solution for working with Cyrillic text, which includes all the existing typography rules. Note that this plugin does not highlight the text layer.
Nisa Text Splitter
If you need to copy and paste a block of text so that each line is a separate object, this plugin will come to your rescue. It will also help you sort items alphabetically or give them a new order. This plugin will come in handy when, for example, you need to split text into separate text blocks at each line break.
Content Reel
This is a very useful plugin with which you can quickly fill your layout with text data such as first and last name, avatar, phone number, nickname, address, E-mail, company name, country, etc. Note that all data is flexible. This tool comes in handy when you need to add random data to your design.
Data Roulette
Using this solution, you can place datasets from Google Sheets in layers (these can be text blocks, pictures, and even colors). This is necessary in order not to create a set of random data in each new project.
Change Text to Layer Name
This tool helps you change the text depending on the layer. You can also use it to sync the text and name of the layer.
Safely Delete Components
It is a good UX designer’s practice not to leave local components in files and to load them into libraries. To ensure that nothing is left in the file, you need to delete unused master components. And this is where this plugin comes in. Note that it should not be used in libraries.
