It’s that time of year when we all turn over a new leaf and decide to lose those last stubborn kilos/pounds, exercise each day, quit smoking, give up alcohol, and become more healthy. We are heading into a new year after lockdowns, job changes, isolation and many other things which have caused us to perhaps overeat or drink in 2020. So this January in particular, though it’s a familiar mantra, if done wisely the resolutions you make now can stay with you throughout the whole year.
