Think you can’t run? Think again! If you want to start running, we have a new 'Couch to 5km' group starting tomorrow at 12.30pm.
Our qualified leader will take you from 'couch to 5km' with a 9 week training plan of walking and running, building up to a 5km run on week 9.
This club is suitable for any level of fitness and you can go at your own pace. It would be good to be able to run 5km wouldn't it?!
