Well, this article looks really opinionated to me. But then everyone may have their own opinion. It is also full of various interesting facts and thoughts I was really glad to learn.

But I will never work for anyone, who says “Red flag: any other response” during an interview. Are you hiring slaves? Are you being a dictator, judging people without letting them have their say? Are you ready to say, that I am a piece of crap just because I disagree with you without even letting me explain why?

You might be a respected consultant, creator of numerous projects. And still you should respect opinions of other people.
