If Chandra Kappoor and John Stones roles are reversed, and she is the hero and he is the footnote, I bet this review is celebrating this mini series as the greatest crime drama ever. Was the kiss scene in episode seven bizarre? Yes, and it was the lowest point of the show in my opinion, but to criticize the ending because it was ambiguous is completely missing the point. This show was never about the ending, it was always about everything in between. And to say it was unsatisfactory because in the end they showed police work and the case ending in like every other trial doe not make sense to me. It was a court room case. It’s like criticizing an omelet for being a breakfast food.
