5 Reasons You Aren’t Seeing Results in the Gym


1. Your workouts aren't progressive.

This isn't groundhog day, your body will adjust to the load and it will not change. You might see a little bump in your biceps but if you are serious about improving your physique you have overload progressively to see results.


2. You aren't consistent.

If you are really serious about your goals, working out once or twice a week isn't enough. Get your butt to the gym 3-4 days a week. Make one of those days low impact if necessary. The other off-days split them up into rest and stretching.


3. You spend way too much time at the gym.

If you are at the gym or wherever you workout for more than 1.5 hours you are doing way too much. Walk in, stretch/warm up for 30 minutes. Do 1 hour of work solid work; Then get out. Simple.


4. You aren't sleeping enough.

Sleep is one of the most neglected parts of fitness. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. I’m guilty of this myself, think of your bed as a charger. You have to charge your body after all that work.


5. Your Diet Sucks!

Oh man, the mother load! Let’s get serious here, I always get questions about getting a specific area of your stomach slim. If you want to get rid of that belly fat stop eating crap!!!

NO PROCESSED FOOD. NO SUGAR. NO BREAD.
