Because we are always looking for ways to improve and streamline your experience, especially when adding information to your tasks and notes (associated with your deals, projects, tickets, spaces and more), we made significant modifications to the editing experience. You will now see improved rich text editing with a more contextual formatting menu.

Tasks:

When creating your tasks, you can now add a formatted and easy-to-read description that will further clarify the task name.

Once you begin adding text to a task description, you can then select text to open up the formatting menu to format the text. As you can see in the image below, the formatting menu for task descriptions will allow you to bold, italicize, underscore, strike-through, bullet list, number list, or hyperlink the selected text.

Notes:

Within Deals, Projects, Tickets, Spaces, Contacts, and Companies, you have the option, under Resources, to add Notes. Now, when adding notes, you are able to more easily format the text of your notes to make them easier to read and follow.

Once you begin adding text to a note, you can then select text to open up the formatting menu to format the text. As you can see in the image below, the formatting menu for notes will allow you to bold, italicize, underscore, strike-through, bullet list, number list, or hyperlink the selected text, similar to the formatting menu for tasks. In addition, for notes, you will have the options to format texts as headings.
