How exactly is the $GEMS token refund policy going to work?
Refunds of $GEMS are secured by Viaarpe Limitless itself, which has ample resources. Additionally, $600M of assets have been put into custody in the case of natural disaster or unforeseen catastrophe. After 36 months (from launch date), any unused $GEMS will be refundable for $4/token worth of ETH (at the price of $ETH in 36 months) via the swap widget
