1.ABOUT ME

Hi everyone, my name is David, and I am a giraffe. I have sharp teeth and a tongue with venom. My mission is to fight back against people who kill animals. Thus, I have been given an evil image — ungraceful and unlovely — and I will beat back against all of you who kill animals or send them to the zoo. I am happy to let you see me like this in the WEB 3.0 era.

2. Origin of GND (Giraffe Never Die)

I want to tell you that although my image is that of the everlasting devil, my mission is to use this image to show the public that harming animals will surely lead to my revenge.

3. Background of the Team which created Me

The GND team has more than 50 members, most of whom are scientists and artists from well-known companies such as Coinbase, Tron, Meta and Tencent.

Our team adopts the distributed office mode, with members based in the UK, New York, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Beijing, and other places. We are working together through blockchain technology to exchange and collaborate, and combine with cultural elements from all over the world to build a brand of Giraffe Never Die. The free group format of the community also makes it more enjoyable to interact, work together to complete tasks, and profit together.

We will be creating a decentralized campaign platform, as well as building our own community for our fans to communicate, have fun and complete tasks. This is an easy way for people to get our GG coins, and participate in our projects.

4. How will we operate and continue?

First, we are about to issue 3,333 NFTs. Holders will have access to the community and enjoy the project prize pool draw. We set aside to issue 100,000,000 GG coins, as well as the Initial Airdrop Offering GND coins. Of these, 1,333 will be issued as a pre-sale at 3 sol and 6sol as a public sale.

With the World Cup approaching, some new ideas that have emerged from our team will be announced later. It can now be confirmed that PFP is not the only project in our NFT. Digital collectable artists who hold our NFT can also use their NFT holdings to participate in a centralised competitive World Cup game that we have designed, which will benefit our followers. After the World Cup, we will split the proceeds with our followers on a giveaway basis. The project issues tokens of GND coins for circulating bets. At the same time, the project collects 5% of the profit made by users in World Cup betting as a service fee, all of which goes into the community wallet for the subsequent build and development of the community.

The World Cup is just one of the many projects of a GND team. We will be presenting more competitive sports games after the World Cup. We will also work with our artists to create more NFT images, which may involve very complex underlying logic. Still, our game team is ready to overcome it, and this engine is the basis of our Web3 and NFT ecology.

4. Economic model, our tokens, token contracts? How much of our total token supply is left unminted? How do we plan for it?

It was a great attempt to develop a GG coin for players to use, as we often want to be attached to a ‘center’ while shouting the slogan ‘ decentralization.’

Our GG coin acquisition method is much easier and almost risk-free. Users can redeem GND’s limited edition NFTs by completing community quests, or they can synthesise highly rare and exclusive NFTs in the NFT editor on our website. We hope to gain more players and followers through GG coins.

The total supply of GND tokens is 10 million and the issue price is 1USD.

There are 5 million tokens in circulation in the market. To protect the value of GND tokens, the release method is based on the number of tokens held at daily active addresses on the platform, feedback from community members and voting to release them in stages.

The IDO first releases 500,000 for purchase by the initial 2,000 community members and betting players; after that, further new 500,000 will be released depending on the number of coins held at the platform address. Until all circulating governance tokens are released, all proceeds corresponding to GND coins will go to the community treasury for platform operations and community building.

Two million tokens are pledged, which are mainly used for the pledge of platform NFT and blue chip NFT (the platform will be opened after the project is stable);

1900,000 coins are locked in as incentive rewards for project owners, but will be locked in. Starting from January 1, 2023,

1100,000 long-term airdrops are released for community demand posting, and content incentives shared by community KOLs each month.

5. About Our Long-term Plans

The team will create competitive games that continue to generate revenue for the community.

We have also negotiated a partnership with a global sports brand to launch our own NFT collection. We hope that by designing NFT, we can find like-minded community partners and expand our influence.

6. What are our future NFT possibilities?

GND_NFT is the first NFT design from the GND team, and holders can enjoy community benefits and opening rights, and enjoy airdrop and giveaway benefits.

About the GND DAO

This will be a new form of providing and enabling this human collaboration. We have a fantastic team of product managers and are developing and planning to continue to iterate on this collaboration and communication system over the next few years to ensure that, eventually, the process and contracts will safeguard everyone’s rights and operational mechanisms.

This is a way for the team and community members to communicate and collaborate in the future, with global members working together. Ultimately, every G FANS can get involved and be part of the team.

We want to pool the skills within the community and redistribute them to the appropriate roles in the project development. Anyone with the resources, skills, or time can contribute spontaneously to the development and promotion of GND.

7. NFT Prototype (diagram) Interpretation

David is our giraffe who is presented as a demonic figure seeking revenge on all humans who harm animals. His silhouette is preserved as a giraffe, but his features are loaded with two elements: Firstly, the scars, which give David an element of violence and blood, suggest that the animals of the world now receive harm from the abuse and hunting of humans. Secondly, David’s shark-like teeth and venomous tongue suggest that he will fight back against humans who harm animals.

GND will be co-branding David commercially with different brands and projects. Initially, we will only be releasing NFT of David’s head, but after the co-branding, we will be releasing a full body shot of David. We have divided him into three parts, head, body and legs.

In our editor, we can combine the head, body and foot NFT into one using our GND coin or GG coin. Mint can produce a personal NFT. This way you don’t have to worry about your lack of programming or art skills to have a rare NFT of your own creation.

8. Inevitable Controversy

All industries in early stage development are no exception and are fraught with controversy; we have the core technology and underlying infrastructure.

We need the support of community members and investment institutions to complete our work.

We couldn’t have done such a challenging job without the support of our G fans. We have quite a few early supporters who have chosen to trust.
