Token Sale Process
The CRV token is a form of timeshare product. Interested contributors will need to first indicate their interest in buying CRV tokens by accepting the terms and conditions on the GBX token sale page. A cooldown period of 14 days is required before contributions can be accepted, so we would like to urge contributors to register their interest early to capture the bonuses offered.
The Crowdvilla token ecosystem consists of three ERC20 tokens: CRV, CROWD, and REI:
- CRV denotes allocation of time-value for the use of all properties in the Crowdvilla portfolio. By holding on to CRV, holders will be able to generate CROWD perpetually.
- CROWD denotes the actual one-off use (burnable) token to stay in the property.
- REI is a membership token to the ecosystem, whose holder enjoys benefits such as discounts when utilising their CROWD token. REI is a scarce token.

1 ETH = 4,000 CRV + 4,000 CROWD
RKT Rate to be announced 24 hours before the start of the sale.

Stage 1: Early Access Pre-sale

Generation Rate (30% bonus): 1 ETH = 5,200 CRV + 5,200 CROWD
Bonus Token: 1 ETH = 5 REI
Indication of Interest: 6th — 17th Aug
Contribution: 17th — 31st Aug
The pre-sale is only available to GBX account holders with an account balance of at least 10,000 Rock Tokens (RKT) at anytime during the Early Access Pre-sale period.
Participants must indicate their interest before 17th August 2018 in order to satisfy the required cooling off period time frame and contribute in time to benefit from the 30% bonus.
Stage 2: Public Sale Round 1

End: Mon, 17th Sep 2018 06:59 (UTC)

Gaining Access to RKT and Other Digital Assets
Gaining access to RKT to participate in the coming token sale has been made easy through the launch of the GBX Digital Asset Exchange which has fiat-enabled capabilities. Users can deposit US Dollars (USD) and purchase RKT, ETH and BTC directly. GBX users with at least 10,000 RKT on their GBX GRID account can join the early access phase of token sale projects on the GBX GRID.
