Lithium battery in the production process of the air temperature (℃), humidity (RH), cleanliness requirements are very strict, 23 ± 3℃ is the appropriate temperature, the relative humidity is different according to the product and the manufacturer, <5%, <15%, <5% of several, in the glove box and the dew point temperature requirements, generally have two kinds, respectively-45℃ and 60℃, cleanliness requirements for 100000 level. Anyway, maintaining a low moisture content, appropriate temperature, high cleanliness is the requirements of a lithium battery workshop standard.

Temperature, humidity, cleanliness and other requirements, all need to use the runner dehumidifier to achieve. According to the functions, the rotor dehumidification unit can be divided into NMP recovery system, dehumidification system, filtration system, refrigeration system, water system, etc. Today, we will say one by one.

  • NMP recovery system, common frozen and wheel recovery system.

Frozen recovery type, using cooling water and chilled water coil to condense NMP from the air, and then collect it through purification. After the exhaust gas is concentrated to a certain concentration, NMP can be recycled by freezing method.

wheel recovery type, VOC wheel using Sweden Proflute molecular sieve wheel, the wheel is divided into three areas, one is the processing area, a cooling area, one is stripping area, VOC wheel slow rotation in the process of work, containing organic solvent to treat gas from the processing area into relatively clean gas, the content of organic solvent can be reduced to 50ppm. The other part of the air containing organic solvent flows through the cooling area under the action of the regeneration fan, and is then heated to a certain temperature, and flows through the runner regeneration area. As the runner regeneration area is heated by the regenerated air, the organic solvent adsorbed in the regeneration area evaporates and takes away with the recycled air. When the wheel works, the ratio of reclaimed air to treated air is 1 / 5 (5 times the concentration), and the concentration of organic solvent in the reclaimed air can be 5 times the concentration before treatment.

The energy consumption of frozen recovery is relatively low, and the rotary energy consumption is high, but it is relatively environmentally friendly, and the waste gas can be directly discharged into the atmosphere after treatment.

Dehumidifier system, generally, freezing dehumidifier + runner dehumidifier is used for double dehumidification. First, the fresh air or fresh air primary return air mixed air is used for crude effect dehumidification, and then the relatively dry air is deeply dehumidification through the runner, so as to achieve the low wet demand of lithium battery production process.

Filter system, generally using G4 primary plate filter + F8 medium effect bag filter, dust and filter the air. The Refrigeration system is divided into frozen water type and direct expansion type. In the lithium battery industry, 90% of the runner dehumidification units use frozen water type, using the refrigeration host to make 7℃ and below frozen water, as a cold source.

Because of the high performance and particularity of lithium battery, the lithium battery workshop is so strict in the requirements of temperature and humidity and cleanliness, which also requires the runner dehumidifier manufacturers to be professional focus in product design and guidance and installation, try to avoid the failure of the unit, to escort the safe and efficient production of lithium battery.
