Perfect to add to dishes and make amazing garlic bread!
Ingredients
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Bunches of Basil — fresh — the more the better!
- Glugs of Olive Oil
- A few pine nuts
- 2–3 peppercorns
Method
Blitz all of the above into a green slug — decanter to a small pot. Don’t use straight away but fridge for 24 hours… Rub over ciabatta for Garlic Bread and bake, add to stews like Briam or use in a pasta bake with a tad of water to make a sauce!
