Thanks for the feedback Roman. First your comment has me curious, do you believe travel will not exist if UBI is implemented?
I did say my situation was “tentative”, a few times, and why/how I compared it to the testing going on where the majority of UBI participants use UBI as a secondary income. Does this mean you don’t find those tests to be conclusive results as majority are not ONLY living off of a UBI number?
I agree, what is considered basic necessities, and the costs of those necessities, varies from place to place. My piece highlights this as $2500.00 isn’t enough to meet the average American’s needs but may be enough in other places.
Lastly, I believe you are taking the “it doesn’t make sense yet’ our of context as I was referring to how governments and societies will have to change in the U.S before even trying to implement UBI.
