The perfection in toil
Jonas Ellison

Hey — love that there Canadian Flag! I’m not a History scholar, but lately have been reading more historical stuff — and from that I find a certain comfort in knowing that we are not unique in our toils, our aspirations, our sufferings and redemptions and that through all the cyclical ebb and flow of the good and the traumatic, the importance one attaches to things just washes over the shores of humanity, yet something survives that sustains us, and will sustain those that will come after us. There’s freedom in letting go but it can’t be taught or explained or forced — just has to be experienced I guess!
