Dr. Gail Weingast Helps People Where Needed

After earning her Medical Degree from Boston University, Dr. Gail Weingast started her career in the field of pediatrics. She wanted to help people and saw a need in the pediatric department and therefore started helping children. Dr. Gail Weingast then went on to perform residencies and fellowships in ultrasound and radiology as well. These residencies in different specialties provided her with even more insight and abilities to help people and also became her next field of interest.

Her career was originated and developed while she was staffed at Colorado General Hospital for a years, serving in several different positions and in many different departments. Currently, Dr. Gail Weingast is a radiology specialist at William W. Backus Hospital, in Norwich, Connecticut. She is the Chief of Ultrasound and Breast Imaging. This allows her to continue helping people where needed using her decades of knowledge and experience.
