How to stick with goals?

  1. How to start a new goal?
    It is usually hard to start new things but keep positive and set an easy goal at the beginning.
  2. How to finish it?
    The motivation of finishing a goal is very diffenert from that of starting a new thing. 
    1) We need to set another challenging goal.
    2) We need some negative feedbacks.
    3) We need friends or others to support us. Social supports are very productive.
    4) When you have social supports, don’t see others as competitor. It is counterproductive and will keep you away from finishing your goals.
