We Are Bringing Social Back….to Gaming.
Growing up in the 90s, some of my fondest memories involved huddling around an N64 plugged into a 20-inch TV, and spending the night playing Mario Party and Super Smash Bros. I loved solo-games like Zelda, but the experience was made exponentially better when friends showed up at your house with extra-controllers and a bag of chips. There was no online network for gamers to play with each other, which forced human-interaction and gathering of players. Gaming used to be social. It forced you to be social.

Moving into today's online-age, some say that the power to play with people around the world makes gaming even more social and interactive. But while gaming-partners are forged 6,000 miles away, human connections are missed around the corner. With the rise of virtual reality and mobile games, gaming is becoming a space dominated by isolation and individuality. There will always be a space for immersive individualistic experiences, but there needs to be a balance. Gamelynx hopes to tip the scales to the human side. How? We are bringing social back.

Gamelynx is a platform that provides the easiest way to play fun games in-person with your friends. Simply choose a game from our curated selection, share a playable link with player's mobile devices, and you are ready to play. No downloads are required even for non-users.
We are building a tool for toastmasters or social bumblebees to use as an asset in any social setting. Whether at a bar, waiting for the bus or catching up with friends at a local coffee shop, Gamelynx provides the freedom of enjoying social games without ever having to carry a board or deck of cards along with you. Never mix up rules, damage cards, lose pieces, or get bored of the same old game content ever again.
Skip the pain of the setup, and focus on the fun things: playing card, party, drinking, and trivia games with your friends!
