There really is no winning on the internet. Critique without offering a solution and “you’re not being helpful”. Offer a solution without full understanding the intricacies of the business strategies and it’s particular user needs and “you can’t design a product without the internal knowledge, research and context!”.

There’s plenty of room for both. Both can range from extremely helpful and thought provoking to complete trash advice. Better that people are putting it all out there to promote thinking (and discretion) in the industry as a whole.
