Once the self-tapping screws are out, the parts may be loaded into a truck, transported to the new location, and put back together.

In most installations, a 3–4-inch difference in levelness is acceptable. If the ground is larger than 4" The legs will probably need to be trimmed to fit the shape of the ground if they are out of level. When the ground is uneven from the highest point to the lowest point by 4 to 9 inches, carports can usually be erected for an additional cost. Look at item number 9 under Fees for the leveling cost.
