365 Days of Running
How hard can it be? Running at least 1 mile a day for the next year. Even on my slowest runs I can go under 10 minutes per mile. Easy then. 10 minutes isn't even .7% of the day. So I love running, it won’t take long, what could go wrong? My wife is already cautious “What if it’s snowing? What if you are sick? What if you are hungover?” Well come rain, snow or a hangover from hell I can still run 1 mile. For me it is about putting something positive into my schedule, rather than removing something that is not good for me (maybe pizza and beer). Another target will be to run over 1,000 miles, this should take care of itself over the course of running every day for a year. One last thing I wanted to document it, so with the help of my techy work colleagues (Raj and Katie) here we are writing my first blog! I hope you stay tuned, and I will keep you updated by sharing my experiences with maybe a little humor and maybe some mishaps!
