Boredom

Boredom is one of the unpleasant things, why?, because we wait, and simply do nothing, right?.

So, what is boredom?, boredom is not a situation where we do not have a choice or activity to do, but the choices or activities that exist do not interest us, and our attention is not focused on an activity or choice. Usually, boredom is characterized by a lack of focus, restlessness, lethargy, laziness. A few things that we may not have seen from another point of view are:

• Loss some creativity
  How can that be?, even though doing what we want makes us happier and more comfortable. However, what happens when we face boredom, our minds will figure out anything that can get us out of the boredom situation, because it is uncomfortable for us. But, on the other hand we think of something that we have never thought of before, so that’s where our creativity maximizes.

• Something isn’t right
  Yes, right?, when bored, most of us, will think of something that can get us out of boredom. Because, we know that, if we are bored, there is no choice or thing that appeals to us, so, with that situation we will introspect ourselves, is there something wrong with us?

• Sides of boredom
  Boredom is unique, why?, because, it has 2 sides or 2 situations, which are meaningful to us. The first, is stop and rest, where boredom identifies something that must stop, or be paused temporarily, and the second, is switch to push, where because the things we live, learn or do are no longer working for us, we need to start something new.

• Boredom can set somethings
  Boredom is actually useful, because when we are bored, our minds wander everywhere, usually, we think about our future, and that’s when we can think about or determine our goals for the future, and it’s very necessary for us.
