To-do list

In my previous story, I wrote tips on long terms goals, in one of the tips there is a “write it down!”, this is very closely related to the To-do list, what is it? It’s a list of tasks you need to complete or things that you want to do.

Simple, right?, we write/type on paper/digital notes the things that we want to complete or do. Is it that simple?, even though, the reality is different, We are lazy to see a list that is repeated and we are lazy to do it (because it is related by time).

Here are some effective ways to use a to-do list:

  • To-do list concept
Actually, the concept of working on a to-do list, is the same as dopamine working on us, repeated over and over again so that it creates addiction. However, usually many tips suggest writing our to-do list, with the time, that’s good, but if we are not used to routine time management, we can use alarms to set the specified time and don’t see the alarm/time too often, just focus on our goals/to-do things.
  • Maximize effectiveness
All right, we already know the concept of a to-do list, now we are doing it, but, suddenly we think that skipping break time can increase effectiveness, can it?, the answer is no, we can’t increase effectiveness that way, the uniqueness of our minds, is if we use it for a long time, the longer the time used, the less material or things we understand. Say we study for 3 hours, we can rest for about 1 hour. We can take a break (5–60) minutes, depending on how long we study. So that we can get more material or things that we understand, without wasting more time.
  • Short list or Long list?
Maybe we thought, “Does it have an effect on us?”, Actually there is!, Imagine we break down the to-do list, if the list becomes shorter, then indirectly we think of things that need to be done or achieved, not really. a lot, so it lightens the load of the mind, and vice versa for long lists

I thank you very much for reading. I am very sorry to all of you who have read, because my English is still very poor. If there is a mistake, I’m very sorry, and also please let me know how to fix it. Have a nice day!
