What Gen Z and beyond looks like
As we know, the human generation is increasingly unique and changing the world, Generation Alpha(Gen Alpha), what is it?, it is the current generation of children who began being born in the year 2010. They are more ‘Gen Z’ than Gen Z itself.
Now, what is Gen Z? It is also known as zoomers, is the demographic cohort succeeding Millennials. A member of Gen Z is anyone born between 1996 and the early-mid 2000s (end date can vary depending on source).
So, my mom and dad were Gen X, my brother was Millennial Generation, myself was Gen Z, and my little brother was Gen Alpha. Maybe, you think that it’s fun, it feels like we are gathering together will be golden time, but, the opposite is actually the case, even though sometimes, everyone can discuss for a reason, a common thing that often happens is when we all discuss a solution, we often issued the words “that was the old way” and “this is the way now”, according to each generation.
let us go back to Gen Alpha, this is something that i get from them :
- They are Independent
They are independent of a decision and manage things, as well as in strong/weak, up/down situations. But they need to be directed so that their energy or potential becomes effective, because it often happens, this Alpha Gene has great potential in a field, but cannot regulate it, so it is less than optimal, and effective.
- Hyperconnected
They are very strong in social and connection, they can blend into or get away with people and groups quickly and effectively. It should be noted, from the previous generation, namely Gen Z, that Gen Z is very easy going with social media, as is Gen Alpha, but needs to be controlled in the productivity of activities, so that the current generation becomes more successful.
- Diverse
Yup!, starting from the previous generation, namely Gen Z, the generation population has increased drastically. Especially with Gen Alpha, for those of you who are parents of Gen Z and after, be careful in deciding your child’s wife!
- Technological
You guessed it!, Gen Z is a transition from physical interaction to virtual interaction, while Gen Alpha has been provided with virtual technology from birth, what needs to be considered is the distribution and use of the right technology/technology tools.
- Something new!
I didn’t know what this one was, however, we haven’t been able to clearly see the future of world brought by these Gen Alphas, maybe one of the things I can see is their different mindset, they tend to copy other people’s ideas , then added their own ideas, different from previous generations, which produced it’s own ideas and added something by looking for something related to the idea.
