Have had a lot of respect for CRV until reading such a statement. There is a degree of professionalism which CRV stood for and the Title of your article brings it all back to. Dorm room / frat house in college. Great start ups are not labeled by being an immigrant or not… it’s the will and spirit of ‘people’ not race, country, color of skin etc. what next #immigrant startups matter? Come on guys you are better than this! Being American but living abroad for 25 years, I have never touted the fact I too am an immigrant in their countries. I get the fact you want to make a political statement but as a VC firm I think it’s best you individually make these statements and do so with a high degree of professionalism. Fuxk this and Fuxk that, labeling and ignorance should be left to others still growing up. It’s sad we have two candidates for Pontus and neither are a great choice. The best is 45% Bernie, 40% Clinton and yes, Trump highlighted some key issues so take 15% Trump. America needs to invest in America but not loose its spirit of people working for a living and not expecting everything for free. The USA needs better medical and affordable college but more importantly, America needs to look free Americans. This election has highlighted just how corrupt the GOP and DEMS are as a group. Respectful and professional people see the good in all and try and understand why and not throw stones with statements which start out with FUCK TRUMP.
