Good article. As a singularitarian, I agree with much of what you say. For instance, “uploading” the mind is likely to be impossible as envisioned. Rather it will be a gradual process over many decades, as our biological brains train and integrate with non-biological components. I do disagree with this:

“…we are not getting life extension treatments by 2035.”

We are currently in process for testing life extension treatments. Are you saying they definitely won’t work? Or that other life extending drugs like metformin don’t extend life as they seem to?
