I’m Cassie — CEO & Founder at GemUni — a decentralized NFTs & Gaming Platform.
I have had 8-year experience leading companies in the fields of AI, Big Data, Gaming Software tech startups, and enterprises. I am also a crypto trader for a while and a supporter for global crypto projects.

What is the project about in a few simple sentences? For how long have you been working on GemUni? How many people are on the team?
Cassie:
Basically, GemUni is building a decentralized Universe of Casual Games for everyone around the world to engage in Fun, Easy, and Play to Earn Games. You can imagine it as a decentralized version of “Steam” (Gaming Platform) with NFTs & Play2earn mechanics.
Players can not only have fun with hundreds of addictive casual games (thousands in the near future) but also earn real-world values with our Play2Earn mechanics and connect with other blockchain gamers around the world.

The project has been running officially for about 3 months, but the idea was well thought prior to the start date:)
Our team consists of 30 members, 27 full-time employees, and 3 part-time, based in Germany, Singapore, Nigeria, and Vietnam.

Could you talk about GemUni features, What makes your product better than other competitors?
Cassie:
To visualize our features better, you can see them put in our ecosystem: GENI and GENIX tokens.
In the GENI ecosystem, you can earn a lot with our varied Defi mechanics (Farming, Staking, Lending, Leasing), as well as trade NFT items on GemUni’s NFT marketplace. GENI token is the main project cryptocurrency, enabling users to buy GENI Passes to access gaming networks and purchase other NFT assets.
In the GENIX ecosystem, users can enjoy diverse addictive casual games on our Gaming site, while monetizing their experiences with gaming platform rewards. GENIX token is our in-game cryptocurrency, which allows users to buy game tickets and earn rewards.

While many play-to-earn projects usually focus on creating one distinctive game, we are not a single game, but a Gaming Platform. Players can enjoy hundreds of casual games (thousands in the near future) while earning gaming platform rewards and connecting with other gamers.
Another differentiation we have is that it’s easy to earn a lot in GemUni. As GENI Passes are bought using GENI tokens, the value of the Passes will increase a lot if the GENI price increases.
For example, the expected ROI will all exceed 1000% if the GENI price increases 10 times after 12 months. So if you buy a Diamond Pass with the pre-IDO price of $585 (USDT), your ROI is estimated to hit 3700% after a year.
Last but not least, we will frequently organize gaming challenges and tournaments to engage with and build trust in communities. There will be weekly, monthly, yearly missions and competitions at both global and countries scale.

What examples of casual games are playable in Gemuni?

100+ Casual Games are available on the GemUni Gaming Platform (Beta test for NFT Pass holders only) this December, including some hot names: Tetris, Merge Push, Merge Fish, Yummy Word, Dunk Line, Fruit Master, Dino Bubbles, Billiard, etc.
1000+ Casual Games will be launched in 2022.
Next week, on Dec 15, we will open the Beta testing for exclusive GENI Pass holders to play in our Gaming site. The Beta Testing will last for one month until Jan 15, 2022.

Yes, we are doing partnerships with the leading tech and blockchain businesses at both local and global scales.
1. For our INO on Sunday, Dec 12, 2021, we cooperate with 5 different launchpads/NFT Marketplaces: Liquidifty, NFTb, Refinable, Babylons, KrystalGO ❤️ to launch the 1st sale of our GENI Pass NFTs. You can join in this event at 9 AM (UTC) to get access to many exclusive offers and promotions.
2. For games development, we are partnering with some gaming partners from SEA & Korea and actively looking for other game guilds to expand our communities. We also cooperate with Gaming Partners (Studios and Content Creators) to diversify our games portfolio and activities to keep players engaged as well as extend the influence of GemUni to many more people all around the world.
3. For our upcoming programs:

I saw #GemUni has five levels of GENI Passes: Stone, Topaz, Citrine, Ruby, and Diamond, could you tell us about each one and how it differs, and what kind of benefits, services or scopes do users have in each stone?
Cassie:
Each Pass will generate a different number of game tickets per day to play in Practice, PvE, and PvP modes. The higher Pass levels, the higher-earning rates.
1. Stone Passes give users free access to play games only in the Practice Mode, and cannot earn. So, you can play for fun and practice as much as you want to master your skillsets; therefore, increase the chance of having higher earnings.
2. Topaz Passes require the lowest entry price (at only $150 BUSD), but allow you to participate and earn rewards in all PvE and PvP gameplay modes.
3. Citrine & Ruby Passes are higher level passes than the Topaz ones, thereby more game tickets to play and better chances to earn in PvP.
4. Diamond Pass is the most powerful Pass in the GemUni gaming platform, which generates unlimited PvP tickets and grants access to maximum returns.
