The success of GSI and Azar’s leadership brought about acceptance into the Forbes New York Business Council. The Council is the foremost growth and networking organization for successful business leaders in the greater New York area. Every elected member of the company must be vetted and selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of their experience. Criteria for membership includes a track record as an established leader in a New York-based business.
Azar now looks to use the platform of member only meetings to discuss how Gemological Science International continues their global expansion through not only the most advanced grading philosophy but also through the growth and commitment of employees at every GSI office.
