Things I Shouldn’t Think About

Being my age, which is young I’ll say, some things come to my mind which shouldn’t. No, not what you think it is. It’s just a series of questions I ask myself.

How does one make up math?

How in the hell did certain languages adapt?

If you’re Japanese or Chinese, do you take art school for writing?

Why in your right mind would you build a wall on a country?

Why do we nod and shake our heads?

If sounds only travel in waves, why can I hear voices in my head?

How do I think in the first place?

Why do we have do some words have to be big? ( See… SEARETH 20? THAT’S A THING! Who knew making up new words was naming your cyborg character in the next Robocop! )

If dying were to mean you’re gone, what do we experience, if technically our experience was “over?”

Why is religion so complicated?

Why do scientists have to make such complicated explanations? Take it this way: “Light is a wave that bounces off an object and repels to your iris” OR… “Light is stuff that goes into your eyes”

If I go through life and become a movie star or something like that, why did I learn that Chloryphyll makes plants green in 3rd grade?

If the first name is made up, where does the last name come from?

If Johnny has an IQ of 116, and Ron has an IQ of 123, then why do we see Ron as Smarter, if your IQ is how fast you learn?

What’s the difference between a wise man and a wise ass?

That’s really all I question.
