Because of the presence of oracles and synthetic assets for tracking real-world assets, DEXs, liquid stablecoin and settlement systems, tokenized assets, and on-chain KYC and identities, Ledgity is releasing a mobile app offering the best of the on-chain and off-chain worlds.

Leveraging Cardano’s Features

The application is designed to ensure quick KYC-friendly onboarding processes to adhere with existing regulations. Ledgity is licensed by France’s main regulator, the AMF, as an investment advisor, insurance broker, and digital asset provider.

The platform’s assets are custodied by Fireblocks. All client data is secured on-chain. Notably, they will be used for processing tokenized assets through Ledgity’s special validating protocol running on Cardano. Together with tokenized assets, the validating protocol relies on Ledgity’s Euro or USD stablecoins.

After submitting required KYC data, clients can access a reliable, easy-to-use one-stop platform that has digitized wealth management and client and advisor relationships.

Ledgity’s routing engine is the ticket for clients to invest in a broader range of digital assets. A portion of transaction fees is donated to charities dedicated to environmental conservation.

The LTY Governance and Utility Token

Ledgity is built around their deflationary native token, LTY, serving utility and governance roles. LTY tokens have already been released on Ethereum and the BNB Chain. However, 80 percent of LTY tokens on these networks will be burnt and relaunched on Cardano at a later date. The goal of burning BEP and ERC-20 LTY tokens is to maintain the total supply of LTY tokens across all chains. In the future, holders of LTY tokens in Ethereum and the BNB Chain will be able to bridge their tokens to Cardano.

Holders can use LTY to receive discounts on fees, gain priority access, and access all other Ledgity protocols. At the same time, the token will be used to pay royalties to use the Ledgity platform and staking. At a later stage, LTY token holders would be free to form a DAO, a trustless organization in charge of Ledgity’s master protocol. The DAO also decides on, among other factors, stablecoin and tokenization protocol fees.
