Surely this was a factor to disclose. Ory very bravely decried the unacceptable board response to this situation. There can be no sacred cows. That paragraph about people and institutions seems to be a tactic to silence critics of Erik and Juliana. The board bungled this and it is sad to see so many of you not consider this worth a mention.
