In addition to the incredible food, Uvita Gastro Park also boasts an aesthetic bar called The Fisticuff Pub, serving up a wide variety of cocktails and local beers. Kamut (Yellow Container)
For the healthy food seekers and brunch lovers, rejoice! the Gastro Park has a restaurant called Kamut. It offers bowls, wraps, sandwiches, salads and more. Octopus tacos and Hawaiian bowls are amongst people favorites.
Mauro’s Pizza / Phat Noodles (Blue Container)
Mauro’s are masters of the art of pizza. It’s shrimp pizza has been giving people something to talk about. This is a temporary vendor who will son be replaced by the long term Asian food brand Phat Noodles. They are bringing to Uvita the same success recipe that has earned them plenty of praise in Dominical.
Their Teriyaki Rib Bites are to die for. You can’t go wrong with their Chicken wings or Thai Coconut Ceviche.
Somos 4 (Grey Container)
It’s a family owned restaurant. Their expertise in Texas BBQ is unparalleled. They quickly catapulted into success with their Tomahawk and briskets.
The owner will take the time to talk to you and snap the ocasional picture for social media.
La Bodega (Green Container)
Gourmet Street Food restaurant, it offers high quality burgers and sandwiches. The meat in a burger can’t get any juicer and tastier than this. Some argue Volcano burger is their best item in the menu. However Philly Cheese Sandwich a is another good contender.
Ontake (Light Blue Container)
They are in charge of serving the best sea food and sushi. Ontake’s chef specialized in nikkei cuisine.
He spent several years in Lima, Peru and he’s bringing the best flavors from Miraflores. If you try their ceviche life will never be the same and you won’t accept any other ceviche. If you are not ready to deal with this consequence avoid this place.
The Fisticuff Pub (Red Container)
It’s the only that sells liquor in the gastro park. They sell classic cocktails like a good old fashion. They also have some signature cocktails like the Golden Vodka.
You’ll be lucky if you get your chance to sip on Fucking & Punching which is an Irish Red Ale made by the owner.
Their are really concerned with style and have some references to pop culture in their minimalist decoration.
Ditsö (Volkswagen Kombi)
In the main entrance of the park the first thing you’ll notice is a 1969 Volkswagen Kombi that was modified to serve the needs of a coffee shop. They also sell refreshing smoothies. They have their signature ones but you can also combine your favorite fruits as you wish.
