Thinking deeply, the push to be as authentic to an inner voice as feasibly possible, focusing on family, focusing on doing things that improve the mind, learning, being more open and less ego-oriented, sharing your experiences and knowledge — these are all important markers of early old age. I’m 64, but some say 50 can be considered early old age.
