I agree with all the negative assessments of this change. I will add that without the “new” feature, the site has rendered almost entirely useless to me.

The only effect I see of this change is that, for those who continues to use the OKC, they will need to spend a LOT more time on the site to find someone they haven’t already seen/tried to connect with. Theoretically, this will drive up ad revenue for you. In reality, new users will become fed up after a brief honeymoon. And experienced users like myself will simply ditch your site for the time waste it has (increasingly) become. For me, this is the last straw.
