This is nonsense! The Democratic party and the unions, and the liberal NGO’s and NonProfits, have controlled the public schools systems for the past 50 years- what are you talking about? The inner city (code word for black unfortunately) have been devastated by the pc democratic policies — who are you kidding? And those cities most controlled by the Democrats are the worst off- like Obama’s Chicago.

The schools that functioned even during Jim Crow, are now total catastrophes no matter how many millions of dollars have been thrown at them.
