We had exactly the same experience with our 12 year old, he racked up $1000 over the last few months. I wish I had been more diligent. I just got off the phone with Microsoft and expect the same awnser that you got once they get back to me within the next three days.

I bet a lot of parents are affected in the same way and just like you I do hope there’s a lawyer out there who wants to start a class-action against Microsoft …
