Tech Startups Feel a Chill in the IPO Market

Sky-high valuations are starting to backfire on some Silicon Valley companies that are trying to raise more money or go public. So far this year, only 14% of IPOs in the U.S. were done by tech firms, the smallest percentage since at least the mid-1990s.
