PAIN. We live in a society where we numb pain. Pain is bad. Weather it is physically or emotionally. Pain is the enemy.

Pain yes doesn’t feel good but pain is there for a reason. Pain is the messenger. Pain is our body’s and mind’s and soul’s alarm system. It says "Listen!!!! Hello listen to me you freakin idiot! Something is wrong! I don’t like what you’re doing to me! I need you to change some things here! I’m tired of you doing this shit it’s not good for us! Pain is your indicator that you need to make drastic changes not tomorrow but right NOW!!!

Pain means you have gone too far in tolerating and allowing certain things. This can range from physical self abuse like eating unhealthy, overeating, not sleeping enough, not exercising or staying in bad and draining relationships, staying in an unfulfilling job, not living your purpose and the very common one suppressing your feelings especially anger turning it inward!

Pain is like your best friend having a real conversation with you, shaking you up and saying "wake the fuck up! It’s time you see what you’re doing to yourself here!" Society is the nodding pretend to be friend that says "awe poor you here take a pill and it will all go away, don’t wake up, just go back to sleep you poor victim you!"
