Carbon Grid Protocol Token Sale on the GBX Grid
The Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX) has approved the Carbon Grid Protocol Token to launch on the GBX Grid.

Introducing Carbongrid.io
The Carbon Grid Protocol aims to create an economic framework that would reward blockchain networks and DApps for offsetting their carbon footprint.

The CGRID token, from the Carbon Grid Protocol’s project, will launch into an ever-growing pool of AML/KYC whitelisted token sale participants, with one-click access to token sales.

As an ERC20 utility token, CGRID will be used as the primary token for Carbon Grid Protocol’s smart contract.

The Carbon Grid Protocol was brought to the GBX Grid by ICOMain.io, a Singapore-based Sponsor Firm. The Sponsor Firm network is an integral part of the listing process, guiding token issuers to market through the rigorous listing process, designed to establish new industry standards in token sales.

The Digital Gateway to the Carbon Market for Blockchain Projects
Carbon Grid Protocol seeks to become a digital gateway to the carbon market for blockchain-based projects, with a primary focus on buyer adoption. Aiming to tackle issues in the carbon market such as centralisation, the lack of transparency and accessibility. Carbon Grid also seeks to support other projects that are stepping up to combat climate change.

Its network, the Carbon Grid Protocol, envisions a digital gateway to create a carbon neutral world, with a decentralised ledger between the carbon market, blockchain networks and DApps, that will collectively tackle the issue of climate change. According to studies, each Bitcoin and Ethereum transaction respectively result in around 500kg and 35kg of carbon emissions. Carbon Grid Protocol’s vision is to incentivise blockchain projects and DApp developers to readily offset the very significant carbon footprints resulting from their intensive energy consumption.

Carbon Grid team is dedicated to the execution of a new energy era, and have brought together a combination of experience and expertise in energy, crowdfunding, the blockchain, regulation and finance to realise it’s vision.

The token sale date for CGRID will be announced soon.
