1. How long does the soft launch last?
The soft launch will last for 2–3 weeks. We will upgrade the system at the end of the soft launch in preparation for the transition to a full launch. We will announce the exact time at least 72 hours before.

2. Why can’t I see my GBX-DAX balance on the GBX Grid?
The GBX Grid and GBX-DAX are currently independent of each other. GBX Grid is for the purchase of Initial Token Sales and GBX-DAX is for the trading of digital assets. Users will have to manage them as separate platforms with their respective login and password systems. Each platform also has its own deposit and withdrawal systems and procedures, for now. We will continually work on integrating the 2 systems in future.

3. How do I handle Order Exceptions?
(a) If your order has not been executed:
(i) Please check the price of the open order and verify if it has matched counterparty (bid/ask) price and volume or not.
(ii) If you would like to expedite it, you may consider cancelling the open order and submit a new order with a more competitive price.
(b) If you cannot cancel the order, or if coins weren’t credited in your account, please email support@gbx.gi with the following attachments:
(i) The order screenshots
(ii) The exception or error screenshot

We will then try our best to solve it as soon as possible. By the way, priority will be low if tickets lack the above screenshots.

4. How do I make a trade?
Step 1: Go to the GBX-DAX website (exchange.gbx.gi) and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Click on ‘Market’
Step 3: Select the desired trading pair (e.g. ETH/BTC)
Step 4: Choose either Limit or Market order

5. What is the fee structure on GBX-DAX?
(a) Deposit Fee: Free
(b) Trading Fee: Varied across different trading pairs (zero fees during soft launch period)
(c) Withdrawal Fee: Varied across different currencies

6. What is the withdrawal limit and duration from GBX-DAX?
Small withdrawals are done automatically due to our hot and cold storage system. Large withdrawals are manually approved to ensure maximum security. Thresholds will be optimised throughout the soft launch to enhance user experience.

7. What are the withdrawal fees from GBX-DAX to GBX Grid?
As GBX-DAX and GBX Grid are currently 2 separate platforms, all withdrawals will be sent via blockchain, and withdrawal fees will be charged as below in Q8. For all withdrawals to GBX Grid done during the month, GBX will be refunding back the fees into your GBX Grid during the 1st week of the following month.

8. How much is the withdrawal fee to other exchanges or wallets?

9. How do I make a withdrawal from GBX Grid to GBX-DAX?
Please see the detailed step-by-step guide here. If you are moving assets from GBX Grid to GBX-DAX, please ensure you submit the request before then.

10. What are the Soft Launch Promotions?
Please refer to this link for more details:
https://gbx.gi/gbx-digital-asset-exchange-soft-launch-exclusive-access-invite/

11. What if I make a withdrawal to the wrong address?
(a) GBX-DAX will start the automatic withdrawal process as soon as you submit the withdrawal request. Unfortunately, there is no way to stop this request once initiated. Due to the anonymity of the blockchain, GBX-DAX is also unable to locate where your tokens/coins have been sent. If you had withdrawn your tokens/coins to the wrong address by mistake, please use other means to try and locate and/or contact the recipient of your tokens/coins.
(b) If you have withdrawn your tokens/coins to another exchange with an incorrect or empty tag/required description, please contact the receiving exchange with your TxID to organize the return of your tokens/coins.

12. What should I do if I have a missing/wrong deposit tag/memo/payment ID?
(a) If you have forgotten or used a wrong tag/memo/payment ID, please provide the following information for us to verify the transaction:
(i) Your GBX-DAX account email, type of currency, amount, TxID (mandatory), and the correct tag/memo/payment ID
(ii) A screenshot of all transaction details

Due to large number of requests, it may take some time to process your request. We seek your patience and understanding.

13. What if I deposit an asset to the wrong address?
(a) If you have sent a wrong currency to your GBX-DAX currency address:
(i) GBX-DAX does not offer a token/coin recovery service.
(b) If you have suffered a significant loss because of incorrectly deposited tokens/coins, GBX-DAX may, solely at our discretion, assist you in recovering your tokens/coins. This process is extremely complicated and may result in significant cost/time spent/risk and is not guaranteed.
(c) Information that will aid this process:
(i) GBX-DAX account email
(ii) Type of currency
(iii) Sending address
(iv) Receiving address
(v) TxID (mandatory)
(vi) Screenshots of all transaction details

After the above has been submitted, the GBX-DAX team will then decide whether or not to proceed with the retrieval of token/coin.

If GBX-DAX decides to proceed with the retrieval of tokens/coins, GBX-DAX may need to install or upgrade the wallet software, export/import private keys, etc. These operations can only be conducted by authorised staff under high security audit and regulations.

We’re not able to promise a timeline on how long this process will take. Hence, we seek your patience and understanding.

14. How do I deposit assets into GBX-DAX?
Step 1: Go to the GBX-DAX website and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Click on ‘Account’
Step 3: Select ‘Digital Asset Deposit’
Step 4: Select your desired type of token/coin from the dropdown list
Step 5: Copy the deposit address or scan the deposit QR code
Step 6: Paste the copied deposit address on other exchanges or the destination address for the wallet you’re sending your tokens/coins from

15. I’ve submitted a withdrawal request from GXB-DAX to another exchange/wallet, but I haven’t received my funds yet. Why?
(a) If you encounter a missing withdrawal issue, please check the corresponding log in your ‘Withdrawal History’
(i) Select Account -> Account Details -> Coin/Token Withdrawal History
(b) Normally, a TxID will be generated within 30 to 60 minutes, indicating that GBX-DAX has initiated the transfer on the corresponding blockchain. When you see this TxID, please check its status and number of confirmations on the blockchain. Here are the steps to follow when checking for blockchain confirmations:
(i) If the blockchain shows that the transaction has yet to be confirmed, please be patient and wait for the blockchain confirmation process to be completed.
(ii) If the blockchain shows that the transaction’s confirmations are completed, that means GBX-DAX has successfully transferred the tokens/coins to the desired address and has no more control over those tokens/coins. Should you face any problems at this stage, you’re advised to contact the owner of the desired address.
(iii) If a TxID has not been generated for more than 6 hours after the submission of a withdrawal request, please contact support@gbx.gi along with a screenshot of the withdrawal request transaction details.

We will try out best to resolve all issues as soon as possible. All support request without screenshots will be marked as low priority.

16. The exchange I am sending from to GBX-DAX reflects that my withdrawal request transaction is completed, but why haven’t I received anything on GBX-DAX?
(a) A withdrawal marked as “completed” or “successful” on an exchange does not mean that the transaction has been fully processed to the receiving exchange — it simply means that the transaction was successfully posted to the blockchain.
(b) Once a transaction is on the blockchain, it will still take a variable amount of time to be confirmed and posted to the destination exchange. Different blockchains require different amounts of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.
(c) It is not uncommon for a blockchain to be congested with many transactions, causing unexpected/unusual delays in processing your transaction. You may use the transaction ID (TxID) to follow the status of your transaction on the blockchain.
(i) If your transaction shows “unconfirmed” on its blockchain, this is beyond our control. You must wait for the transaction to be processed on the blockchain. Once it is included in the blockchain, it will begin to produce confirmations.
(ii) For Bitcoin and Bitcoin-based projects, your transaction should arrive in GBX-DAX within 6 confirmations.
(iii) If you have sent an asset to GBX-DAX from another exchange but have not received a TxID, please contact that exchange’s customer service department.
(d) Note: If the transaction is confirmed by the blockchain but has not been credited to your GBX-DAX account, please reopen the original ticket and attach:
(i) Your blockchain explorer screenshot with the confirmed transaction
(ii) A screenshot of your account balance with the missed transaction

We will try our best to resolve all issues as soon as possible. All support request without screenshots will be marked as low priority.

17. How do I check the transaction status on the Bitcoin blockchain?
(a) On btc.com, copy and paste your transaction ID (also known as a transaction hash/TxID) in the search box and perform a search.
(b) Typically, Bitcoin transactions may be verified and deposited into GBX DAX after 2 confirmations but may take up to 6 confirmations in certain situations.

18. How do I check the transaction status on the Ethereum blockchain (including ERC-20 projects)?
(a) On etherscan.io, copy and paste your transaction ID (also known as a transaction hash/TxID) in the search box and perform a search.
(b) Typically, Ethereum-based transactions are verified and deposited into GBX-DAX after 30 confirmations but may take up to 60 confirmations in certain situations.
