Everything You Need to Know About Traceto.io’s Token Sale on the GBX Grid
1. How can I buy T2T tokens?
The GBX Grid is the only place for the launch and sale of traceto.io tokens (T2T).
Existing registered and verified GBX account holders can already participate in the T2T token sale. No extra whitelisting process required!
For new users, please register for a GBX account and go through the verification process to participate in the T2T token sale.
2. When does the T2T Initial Token Sale start?
The T2T token sale has three phases:
Phase 1: Early Access Sale
Start: 4th April 2018 12:30:00 (SGT)
End: 5th April 2018 12:30:00 (SGT)
Phase 2: General Public Token Sale Round 1
Start: 5th April 2018 15:00:00 (SGT)
End: 7th April 2018 12:00:00 (SGT)
Phase 3: General Public Token Sale Round 2
Start: 7th April 2018 15:00:00 (SGT)
End: 30th April 2018 12:29:59 (SGT)
3. How can I participate in the T2T Early Access Sale?
The Early Access Sale is available to GBX account holders with GBX account balances of at least 1000 USD worth of Rock Token (RKT) before the sale, at 11:00:00 SGT (03:00:00 UTC) on 4th April.
Due to time constraints for new account holders who may not be able to obtain RKT in time, for this specific T2T sale, we are also allowing account holders who prefund their accounts with at least 1000 USD worth of ETH to qualify for the Early Access Sale.
For account holders who use RKT to participate in the sale, they will be using the RKT to T2T rate.
For account holders with only ETH, the ETH to T2T rate will be used instead. GBX undertakes to convert the received ETH in the Early Access Sale from such accounts to RKT for Traceto.
The date of the fixing of the above rates and the individual cap amounts during Early Access Sale period will be announced by Traceto in due course.
4. How long will the token sale last?
The T2T sale is from 4th April 2018 12:30:00 (SGT) to 30th April 2018 12:29:59 (SGT).
5. What is the contribution price of T2T in USD?
1 T2T token is priced at US$ 0.1 (10 cents).
6. What is the contribution price of T2T in ETH or RKT?
The ETH to T2T and RKT to T2T prices will be set 24 hours before the start of the Early Access Sale.
7. What is the hard cap and how much is being sold during the public sale period?
The hard cap is set at US$ 30m and the public sale amount is US$ 6m.
8. Is there an individual cap for the T2T sale?
There is an individual cap for the Early Access and Round 1 of the General Public Sale. The cap will be announced 24 hours before the start of the Early Access Sale. Each account holder can maximise both caps above.
There is no cap in Phase 3, which is Round 2 of the General Public Sale.
9. Is there a minimum purchase amount of T2T?
Yes, there is a minimum purchase of US$100 of T2T (1000 T2T).
10. When will T2T be distributed?
It will appear in the GBX Account. Withdrawals will be made available after unlocking date of T2T.
11. When will T2T be unlocked after the token sale period?
It is expected to be within 30 days after the end of the token sale.
12. What happens to the unsold T2T?
Unsold T2T tokens will be burned.
13. What wallet should I use to withdraw the unlocked T2T to?
You should withdraw unlocked T2T to ETH compatible wallets.
14. Is there a bonus or discount for public sale participants?
No, there is no bonus or discount for public sale participants.
15. How much was sold during the T2T private sale?
US$24M worth of T2T was sold during the T2T private sale.
16. What was the discount or bonus awarded to private sale contributors?
It was a 5% bonus.
