Thanks for this piece Josh Todd. I have seen Confluence in action in a few companies where I worked in. And I agree that it is much more helpful for the expansion of collective knowledge than Google Docs. However, I think the UX of the platform could do a better job in giving the users the feeling that it is collaborative. Sometimes it seems more a knowledge base than a shared knowledge space. What do you think?
