Yay! The Bank Holiday weekend is almost upon us. And, if you are yet to make plans, do not fear! I’ve got you covered.

Here is my short but sweet guide, to the top food and drink events, happening in Kent this Bank Holiday weekend..

Food and Drink Festival @ Chatham Maritime, Saturday 27th — Monday 29th May

With music on all three days of the event, there will be food and drink from local producers as well as foreign gastronomic delights. There will also be a fun-run and dragon boat racing. All set in historic Chatham Maritime.

Best of all, its free to attend!

Tonbridge Food and Drink Festival — Saturday 27th — Sunday 28th May

Held in the Castle grounds, this year’s food and drink festival is organised by 2017 Taste of Kent Award winners, Tonbridge Farmers Market.

With more than 50 stall holders, selling lots of delicious things, you wont be able to say no to, and over 60 local brews from across Kent and beyond, its not one to be missed!

There will also be cooking demonstrations, and a children’s stage, with a disgusting food challenge for the kids.
